BYU-Pathway offers interactive, career-oriented, online higher education to more than 60,000 students in 188 countries. Students begin with PathwayConnect, an affordable, one-year, online program that also features a weekly gathering that is facilitated at a local church building or virtually through online groups. Each semester, students take a light course load consisting of both academic and religious education.

Requirements

• Be capable of entry-level college academic work
• Have daily access to a computer with high-speed internet and webcam/video chat capabilities
• Pass an English language assessment as part of the application to PathwayConnect (if you are not a native English speaker) 1

  Applicants who don’t pass the assessment who scored a level of intermediate-mid or higher on the English OPIc exam (valid through the last year) may send their certificate for consideration to BYU-Pathway Support.
  
  Applicants who don’t score high enough on either assessment can apply for EnglishConnect, a low-cost English-language learning program designed to help members and non-members increase their English proficiency in a gospel-centered environment.
