Sexual Misconduct

Sexual misconduct is any unwelcome behavior of a sexual nature. It may include unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical behavior of a sexual nature.

BYU-Pathway Worldwide prohibits any form of sexual misconduct. If a student or missionary breaks this policy, this may limit their ability to participate in or receive benefits, services, or opportunities from BYU-Pathway. The policy against sexual misconduct extends to BYU-Pathway employees, missionaries, and students.

If you see or experience sexual harassment or gender-based discrimination, or if you need assistance, contact us.
