Insurance Benefits
Full-time, benefited employees are offered health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits, administered through DMBA. BYU-Pathway pays the majority of the premium for health insurance coverage, significantly reducing the cost for employees. In addition, most plans have no deductible when using in-network providers.
DMBA also offers supplemental group term life or 24-hour accidental death and dismemberment insurance at low rates.
401(k) Thrift Savings Plan
Eligible employees can contribute a percentage of their gross income each pay period on a before-tax or after-tax basis. BYU-Pathway will contribute to the plan whether or not an employee participates, and will match employee contributions of up to 4%.
Total Rewards
Paid Leave
At BYU-Pathway, full-time employees receive paid vacation, sick, and holiday leave, which includes 13 paid holidays annually. The organization also offers eligible employees up to six weeks of paid medical maternity leave and five consecutive days of parental leave.
